Great Food!

Food is something that everyone needs in order to survive and have energy for their everyday activities. However, our family is different because we don’t eat to live but rather live to eat. We enjoy eating and cooking as much as we enjoy traveling and swimming. We have always believed that all of the members of our family were born to be Chefs with natural talent in cooking. In fact, there are probably five professional chefs in the family who are currently working in huge hotels.

Though my mom doesn’t have any formal education in culinary, I strongly believe that she knows the art very well. She might not be able to make fancy looking dishes but she cooks pretty well. Aunt Emily on the other hand, is a professional chef. She was even one of the best students in their batch and she received honors for that. Aunt Emily always leads the cooking whenever there’s an occasions or gathering in the family. As for me, I’m starting to learn how to cook and still trying out to prepare some great recipes.

Chocolate was exclusively for drinking until the early Victorian era, when a technique for making solid eating chocolate was devised. The history of chocolate begins with cocoa trees.
