Loraine is my cousin who works as a call center agent for a telecommunications company, but unfortunately the company that she was working for was bankrupt and closed three months ago. Finally she was hired by a insurance company, her job as a virtual assistant is as the same as her job as a call center agent, though this time is asked by their customers some questions about the insurance plans, payments, interest and others legal things about acquiring a plan. Now she earns a lot more as a virtual assistant and she even has enough time now to rest as well as some time to spend wit her family.
