My father is going to celebrate his birthday this coming week and I can tell that he is all excited about it. We are going to throw up a small party for him and there is going to be a lot of guests there. I heard that my father was recently looking at kawasaki motorcycles and he is planning to buy one next month so he could use it for going down town. My friend Arthur has lost his Grandmother, five months ago. Though the will was validated, he could not still get hold of his share because all the stocks should be first putted under his name. Two months more, after all the legal papers were processed. Arthur was already asked to manage their flower shop business as well as their flower farms.

 
Arthur was never interested or funned of flowers but he needed to manage still the business, because he does not want his parents as well as his Grandmother to be disappointed, so he decided to study the things about the business. He studied basic flower arrangements and designs, flower farming technology and innovations as how to improve the farm and the shop. Loraine is my cousin who works as a call center agent for a telecommunications company, but unfortunately the company that she was working for was bankrupt and closed three months ago. Being the bread winner of their family she badly needed a job. Her application was processed and a week later she was scheduled for an interview. Finally she was hired by a insurance company, her job as a virtual assistant is as the same as her job as a call center agent, though this time is asked by their customers some questions about the insurance plans, payments, interest and others legal things about acquiring a plan. Now she earns a lot more as a virtual assistant and she even has enough time now to rest as well as some time to spend wit her family.

I was asked by mother about two weeks ago to help her bring her refrigerator to a shop to be fixed because it does not get cold. So I went to there and asked some help to the refrigerator in the car (Thank God it fitted inside the car), my mother went with me as well. We talked about a lot of things while the car about my sister, father and our business. I really enjoyed talking with her because there are a lot of things to at work at I seldom have time for her. Finally we arrived at the shop and we were told by technician that the peltier cooler of the refrigerator was broken, and asked to get frig back three days from now.

 
As we rode off the shop, I asked my mother if she wanted to eat outside because it is almost lunch time. She said “Yes” so we did. We went to a restaurant and ate there. My mother ate steak and mashed potatoes as for me I ate the same dish as well. While we were eating my told me stories about what is going on at our house (which are mostly hilarious stories). After eating, we went to a mall and I told her that I will give her a shopping spree. Well knowing my mother, she would not buy a lot of things, she would just buy the thing that she really wanted, and she did buy only one pair of shoes. I really enjoyed being with my mom because I miss the times that I was always with her.

After helping my cousin to fix all the necessary papers for the probate loan, I immediately went home to have some sleep. You see this week was very exhausting for me. There are lot works at the office, like fixing the necessary papers for the new the broadband system connection for the company as well as preparing all the statement of accounts for the project.  Well it was not only who tired and busy but as well as all the members of our department, for we were the ones assigned to take care of the financial and legal matters about the broadband project.

 
Actually it is not only at the office that I am busy because I am also the one who is in charge of my Grandmother’s eighty seventh birthday celebration. I was the one assigned for the caterer who would serve the food, the invitations to be given out, the food to be served and of course preparing the venue. My other cousin are not able to help me because they are as well to busy with their work and family, my aunts and uncles on the other have other matters to fix regarding the party so I am left all alone with loads work to be done. I just wish that this week would end.

The atmosphere for work should be lively and neat for employees to feel good at work and while working, that is why our company president decided to put to renovation all the offices of our company. He wanted that the employees’ cubicles to be widened as well as the conference rooms and receiving areas. Putting up some rooms for the employees’ convenience was also put into plan like adding eating and resting areas.  Larger waiting areas with comfortable sits for the comfort and pleasure customers are as well to be added. New units of computers with ergonomic keyboard tray are installed in each of the employees’ cubicles.

 
Re-furnishing and carpeting of the office would also be done. Our swivel-chairs are replaced with comfortable office chairs as well as our narrow small tables are replaced by wider and bigger ones. Locker rooms are also placed in each office of the company to secure the employees belongings. There is also know mini garden at the office’s lobby which gave a more vibrant and fresh look to the place. The newly renovated offices gave us all the motivation to work even harder for now we feel comfort rather so much stress in doing our work.

Michael is already 16 years old but he still loves watching cartoons and other animated shows. He also loves doing freehand drawings and posting them in his room. He is just talented when it comes to drawing and it shows that he would be a talented animator. This is probably why he is also planning to go to http://www.academy.edu/ for college. He was actually undecided what to take up in college until we convinced him to take up something that he would love to do for the rest of his life.

 
By taking up a degree course in computer animation, Michael can draw all the things that his imagination gives him. Perhaps the next animation show or movie that he will be watching would also be his production. I strongly believe that Michael will succeed in this field because I am a witness on how animation and drawing slowly became his passion. The combine talent and passion of my cousin will take him places and make his dreams come true.
